Working on the interface of kinship, gender and demographic systems of minority Roma populations in Spain and in the Romani Diaspora.

Also working in the history of Gitanos of Spain since the 18th Century using available censuses and local registers.

Working in the history of loss and oblivion, as in the death of languages.

Interested in the forgotten issues in Romani policies, such as demographic change or the reproductive health and reproductive and sexual control of their own bodies by Romani women.

Coordinator of the MIGROM- UGR-team. Works in management, design, fieldwork, writing and community engagement in the MigRom project.
