Researcher at the Romanian Institute for Research on National Minorities (ISPMN), is an ethnographer and social anthropologist trained at the Babeş-Bolyai University of Cluj, Romania, Central European University in Budapest, and Max Planck Institute for Social Anthropology in Halle / Saale, Germany. He is the coordinator for the Romanian MigRom team.
