Abstracts are invited for presentations at the MigRom final conference, to take place in Manchester, UK, on 17-19 January 2017. We are seeking papers that address any of the following themes in relation to the East-West migration of Roma: Spatial and social mobility, notions of community and inclusion, social change, external perception and interaction with institutions and media, policy and public debates, self-reliance and participation.

Twelve papers will be selected for presentation by a panel of the MigRom consortium. Authors of the selected presentations will receive full accommodation and board at the conference venue and partial reimbursement of travel expenses.

Abstracts of up to 400 words plus references, along with a one-page CV, should be sent to the MigRom project manager, Charlotte Jones [charlotte.jones@manchester.ac.uk] by 30 May 2016.
